Getting started is easy. Just sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star once, and you’re off and running. We'll guide you through how to sing, how to add vocal effects, and how to save your recording when you’re done. You can add optional pitch correction and layer on harmonies as you sing, or just sing on your own. Once you’ve completed this simple exercise, you’re ready to level up.

You’ll move through the first few levels very quickly, and before you know it, you’ll have a token to exchange for your favorite Glee song. Now you have an actual soundtrack recording to sing along to!

Once you have some songs recorded, you’re ready to share them! You can send them to your friends via Facebook, Twitter or Email. Or, you can broadcast them from your own Radio Tower on the Glee Globe.

If you think your recording would sound better with some additional voices on it, this is where you can also invite your friends to add their voices to your song. Keep singing… the more you sing, the more points you’ll receive!

Ready to score some points? In Glee Karaoke, your points are Starbursts, which you’ll see floating on the screen as you sing. The closer you sing to perfect pitch, the more Starbursts you’ll receive. Once you’ve completed all the tasks for a specific level- like achieving 5,000 Starbursts for a performance, checking out someone else’s recording and more- you’re ready to level up.

You'll tune in to songs users have broadcast. If you like them, you can send them a star and become a fan (or Gleek). And if you really like them, you can add your voice to their song.
